Should I stroke it?

I developed a rod knock in my 660 based 686, so I sent my crank to Falicon for a rebuild, weld, true, balance, lighten, and a knife blade rod. Now I'm thinking maybe I should do their +4 stroke since it's there. They say that since the Rhino's have a relatively long rod, I shouldn't have any issues.

I want it to be reliable, so I'm hoping to get some advise here. Right now I have a Wiseco 102mm 11:1 piston, Hunterworks CDI, Raptor Stage II cam and run on pump gas with no problems. I know if I stroke it, that will raise my compression a little. Do I need to change my piston, or can I take a little off the top?

Future mods will include CNC head work.

Let me know what you think...
