Just picked up my new 700 a few hours ago. It's hunter green....for now.
I'm on the Central Coast of California, San Luis Obispo to be exact. Don't do any riding around here. Pismo is a flippin zoo and the two OHV areas are too dangerous since they are all bi-directional trails, which soooo stupid.
I do 99% of my riding in the mountains.
I came over from the quad side, I had a bad ass Grizzly with lots of mods for the last 6 years and it went everywhere.
Did ALOT of rock crawling. A big shout out to Richochet Off Road for the best skidplates out there. We would blow by the rock crawlers and they would just shake their heads at the stuff we would go up down.
So now it's on to my new toy and time for modifications. The obvious first things, winch, skiplates (gee who will I get them from?), lighting and tunes.
I had ITP wheels put on before I even picked it up. Because stock sucks!!!
I am sure I will have questions and this is THE place for the right anwers.
Cheers everyone!!!
