Low Gear issue

Hi guys,

Since i bought my Rhino it does not has Low gear, as a matter of fact the Shifter does not work well, to get the H gear y just need to move up (it is not adjusted, it feels loose) but im starting to work on that, i am planning to buy an used shifter to remplace the broken parts. I wrote this because i have a couple of questions:

1. what do you think I can do to fix it (i tried adjusting the linkage and it doesnt work).

2. Which page or section of the Service Manual talks about that??

3. Do you think that buying also this part it would work??
