I have a 2006 rhino and the motor exploded sent the piston out the back of the cases. Im starting to build a new motor the old one had a 686 kit on it and dont know what they did to the cases yet cause i havent taken the motor apart yet. For all you rhino pros out there what are the proper steps in building a 686 motor that last. Im seeing alot of welded cases and other precautions to do before sealing up the cases. Can some one give me a check list of things needed to be done before completing the motor. Thanks to all of you! And happy holidays!!
