I can't seem to find a lot doing a search, but I was wondering what offerings there are for my 2012 700 FI. From what I have read it seems everyone recommends the Dynatek, but looking on there website the only Yamaha 700 motor I can find is a Grizzly. Would that be the same CDI for the Rhino? It is part # DFCA-13. Am I looking at the wrong part of there site? The only one I have found that says it is for my year of Rhino is the Dynojet Commander V. Are these reliable? If both work, which one is better. I'm not a tuner, so I would be using one of the stock curves.
My ride is factory (performance-wise). I am getting ready to put 26" bighorns on 14" wheels, so I want to do the CDI and sheave to at least keep the speed I have.
thanks!
EDIT: I found the part number for the dynatek: DFS7-26 and DFS733 (with ignition)I take it that the #33 with ignition mod would be the way to go. But I am still wondering which one is more reliable for my ride. And does the dynatek have preset factory curves?
