Webcam and stock springs

My rhino 660 has a raptor webcam 696/697 and what appears to be stock springs(green & white paint on springs). Webcam specs require heavy duty springs, high compression piston with this cam,what gives? should I replace them heavy duty springs,bump up the compression? will it run better with heavy springs?
