Need your ideas for a better seat

I recently had back surgery and I am needing ideas/suggestions for a more comfortable seat.

I am open to full seat replacement or just putting on a nice cover that adds more cushion/support.

I use the Rhino for work so I am in it for 6-8 hours a pop.
