Need Size Feedback before pulling trigger

Guys,

Just about to pull the trigger on new rims / tires and wanted some feedback if anyone sees potential issues -

First of all '05 660 Stock setup.
Replacing stock rims/tires.

Planning to purchase:
12" ITP SS108 rims (2 + 5 offset). All the way around.
Maxxis Big Horns 25x10x12 All the way around.

Will I have any issues with fit / driveability?
