Ok I bought a non running 2007 rhino 450 off my good friend who has now mechanical knowledge and didn't want to mess with it. It sat for maybe 6-8 months It only had a gallon or less in the tank so I dumped some marine grade stabil in it and filled it to the top and the fuel coming through the pump to the carb does not smell varnishy. Here's the scenario. He rolled it and in the process broke the driver side knuckle and blew out the driver side brake caliper. I have since pinched off the driver side brake line and filled and bled the brake system to create brake pressure(I was told you need to press the brake in when starting it to get it to start). It is getting fuel I did replace the fuel filter and while it was off I blew down the feed line and blew "bubbles" down into the tank to make sure it wasn't sucking the the bottom of the tank. I popped the carb apart in the very beginning and cleaned the jets and checked the diaphragm which all was I good condition. There was no varnish in the carb at all. I replaced the sparkplug and checked that it was getting spark. It is getting a nice strong blue white spark. Putting my hand over the intake while cranking and it almost sucks my hand in so it has very good compression. It is definetly flooding the spark plug when sitting there cranking on it while holding the brake and fiddling with the gas pedal sometimes. Tried cranking with choke in and choke out, gas Pedro depressed and not. Only thing I got to happen was after 30 seconds or so of cranking it would backfire 1 time very loudly out of the exhaust from the fuel building up. I'm stumped... Fuel air and spark and it won't even hint at firing. Please give any advice. Thank you.
