putting in a stage 2 cam, what else do I have to do?

I have a 2012 rhino 700 efi with a jbs sheave and I want to put a hotcams stage 2 cam in it. I have the dynatek cdi in it already to take away the rev limiter but ill then need to piggyback it with a serial programmer correct? Will the stock fuel settings on the serial programmer work with a cam? I plan on a muzzy exhaust also. A little help would be appreciated
