J Strong top draining Battery

I have an 07 660 with a J strong top. I have to batteries. But while riding it will eventually drain the batteries and kill the machine. Is the a simple way to fix this. would hids decrease the draw.? Thanks guys

I took a volt meter and checked and the stator seems to be charging fine. ab 14.2 or so
