My 450 has lost some top end and is smoking from crankcase vent. I have determined something is up with compression ring from symptoms. Anyhow I have the parts for top end with a .020 wiseco piston. My question is there any tips or tricks or anything I should do while in there? Don't wanna go extreme as its just a 450 and like its dependability. Any advice or tricks or upgrades would be appreciated. Thanks.
