Guys my 04 660 rhino was running great a month ago, I haven't run it much other than moving it around so I haven't noticed any problems until last week. I took it down the road in low and when it got about mid rpm's it started banging out, I backed off and it ran fine again. I mashed the gas and started again. I stopped and floored it and it spun out and accelerated great but got to mid rpm's and banged out again. It sounds like it is mid rpm's with a ways to go before I should hit the rev limiter. It does it in high also. I researched on here and thought I should mention that I rebuilt the engine a few months ago with the only change being an over bore. Everything is stock with the ignition system. I rebuilt the fuel pump also. I took the sheave apart and cleaned it but the only thing I may have done wrong there was not use the right grease. Sorry I'm long just trying to answer questions I know ya'll might have.
