Wicked Bilt Steering WITH Pro Precision tilt

Just like the title says - I'm wanting to install power steering AND a title column/wheel.

I just want to make sure the mounting location of the Power Steering wouldn't get in the way of the Pro Precision mount. I'm guessing I'm going to have to do some modification to the shaft.

Comments or pictures would be appreciated.

Which brings up the issue of the second battery box location. If the normal location is used for Power Steering, do you still shoehorn in the battery box, or go for a different location?
