lookin to possibly narrow the rhino up a bit... suspension was built by 3d sandcars out of California, its a +6 kit with remote res king shocks in all 4 corners.. thick boxed arms, all ball joints good.

I just noticed today though that one front control arm bushing will need replaced. and I broke a rear axle this weekend as well... I don't even know how, (turning on pavement when it happened)

if anyone is interested, I will ship with all parts, including a new axle and new bushing for control arm, and the badass unlimited hd tie rods and front brake lines...

I bought this a while back and never got around to installing it. its a Trinity racing 734 bore kit and stage 3 hot cam. Everything is brand new. it sat on a shelf since I got it. look at all the pics to see what your getting. Its everything i received with the order.

I bought this for my 08 700 rhino. I don't know if it fits any other years.

Getting ready to put mine back together. The service manual seems to show two dowel pins however the parts online only shows one and i only have one. How many should there be?

I have a 13 rhino and last ride out I had some spitting and sputtering issues. Got back to camp and realized the gas cap was MIA. No clue how it was gone but long story short got shat load of sand and water in the tank. Pulled it all apart and pulled the pump apart to get to the filter. She was black and clogged all up. I have looked everywhere I can think of to find a new filter with no luck at all. Was wondering if anyone had some info on where I can find one at. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I bought some exhaust for my rhino but it keeps breaking by the head it's the old style trinity racing anybody have any ideas I have rebuilt the mounts and I started to put springs on the bolts it's a 660 by the way

Well I finally got around to buying a 12" double row light bar from Trail Bright. Installed the light bar today and went out tonight and I could not believe the difference. It actually got daylight again before midnight. Great lights.

2008 Rhino 700, Parking Brake issue

Just bought this and took it out over the weekend. All was great then all of the sudden I could not go forward. It would just surge. I could put it in reverse and it was fine, but put it back in to fwd H and it would surge and not go anywhere. I tried Diff lock or even 4WD and it would even let me go into those.
Needless to say I was freaking out. I figured something with the trans had gone haywire. Got towed up to Pinnacles from the shooting range where I had stopped and we all scratched our heads. I, however was throwing out the explicative's pretty good though :eek5:
I got on my phone and searched...found something about the Parking brake sensor acting like the parking brake is on and won't let the motor engage fwd. Pulled the seats out, engine cover off, found the wires going to the parking brake and disconnected it. Started it up and drove around. :banana:

It is still unplugged. Anyone know what caused this? We did have some rain up in silverwood this past weekend so maybe it got wet?
I'm gonna dig into it this weekend and plug it back in and see if it drives.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

so i know the honda fcr is the common one , but what about a 39? off of a yfz450 quad??

have one laying around w/ throttle cable, from when i had my quad.

anyone swapped it?
whats it take?
whats a good place to start for jetting, (4500' and up elevation)

i currently have: dynatek box, yoshi duals, s&b cold air intake, ever sense the s&b install i cant get the m.f to run right, and im sick of messing with the stock carb, ive read multiple places that the fcr's are like heaven, and from what i remember they are much simpler than the diapram carb thats on it....

second question along the lines of jetting/tuning, without knowing at all what clutch/weight/clutch mods ive got, is 41 down a slight slope with 3 total riders seem about right for top speed? thats never hitting the rev limiter, thats just all it will do, was about 7500' elevation...
